How to Find Us

An Excellent Location

Stratum is less than five minutes by car from Cardiff city centre and is very easy to get to. It’s also the closest capital city to London. We have ample, free on-site car parking.

  • Leave M4 at junction 29, onto A48m.
  • Leave the A48m at the junction signposted Cardiff East, The Docks & Cardiff Bay. Keep in the left hand lane and turn left.
  • After turn move into right-hand lane & follow the elevated section (Docks).
  • Go across 3 roundabouts (2nd exits) following signs for Docks.
  • Keep heading towards Docks/through traffic past Tesco Extra & Steelworks.
  • At 4th roundabout (Docks/Heliport) turn right towards Cardiff Bay/City Centre.
  • Go across 2 roundabouts.
  • Turn left at Castle Works signpost into East Moors Road.
  • At T junction (Jewsons ahead) turn left then follow road through industrial estate, continue to approach Celsa security lodge.
  • Stop at security lodge, inform security that you are going to Stratum.
  • Go over speed humps, following signs for The Conference Centre, Stratum is on the left with free parking at the front of the building.
  • Leave M4 at junction 33 & follow the A4232 for City Centre for 9 miles.
  • After going through the tunnel, turn left at the roundabout (City Centre)
  • Take the second exit at the next roundabout (City Centre), bear left onto the slip road (Splott).
  • At roundabout (underneath flyover) turn right towards Splott.
  • At next roundabout ‘Magic Roundabout’ (covered in road signs) turn right into Ocean Way then take the 1st right (signposted Castle Works) into East Moors Road.
  • At T junction (Jewsons ahead) turn left then follow road through industrial estate, continue to approach Celsa security lodge.
  • Stop at the security lodge, inform security that you are going to Stratum.
  • Go over speed humps, following signs for The Conference Centre, Stratum is on the left with free parking at the front of the building.

Alight at Cardiff Central or Queen St Station. Take a taxi to the Conference Centre on East Moors road (or a 30-minute walk).
